The experience

We are based in Kaliurang Yogyakarta, Indonesia. We have a collaboration space that offers art and culture as a big idea for activities, here we formulate a work programme of cultural exchange and knowledge about the natural and social situation that exists in Indonesia. activities that will be displayed with big ideas of artculture, namely several concepts such as social culture,
-Art culture,
-Traditional culture,
-Art gallery,
etc.

What you offer

27 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 18 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project

Description: Hope you understand! When the volunteers have completed their activities, we as the host and team will give the volunteers the freedom to explore the surrounding nature, such as rivers, waterfalls, sunset spots on the beach, see the incandescent lava that comes out of the top of Mount Merapi every 5 minutes, also visit some art galleries and art production studios.

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 70 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

-Art culture ; collaborative art and cultural activities that we will work on and preserve together are forms of activities that will collaborate in making works of art.
-Traditional culture ; collaboration in the activities of Indonesian cultural traditions, examples of which include batik, weaving, and making pottery or ceramics.
-Art galleries & Exhibition art ; collaboration of art exhibition activities that have been produced by workawayers during the process of the workaway program.
-Managerial art ; The management collaboration related to the running of the work program to exhibitions.
-Eco art ; collaboration on tree planting or related to environmentally friendly art materials.
-Recycling art ; We're going to be able to take waste processing activities into a work of art.

Activities & Shift

Running the program that the team has put together, and when there is a break, it can be used for us to relax or look for scenery, whether playing guitar by the river or any other natural things.
