Sun, Fun, a city to explore and stories to share! Come join the hostel in Portugal's capital city! We are a hostel in Lisbon, ranked as one of the highest ranked hostels in the world for atmosphere!

In return for your work each of our staff members receive free accommodation and free breakfast, plus a chance to explore the city in our free walking tour, events at the hostel and more!

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

4 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Fluent English or Intermediate Portuguese

Between 18 and 32 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
