Description
The 70 USD per week covers three meals a day, shared accommodation with another volunteer, and keeps our organization running.
What you get

- Have some time off for yourself, go explore the city or rest for a while.

- You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

- You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

- High-speed internet for you to work remotely

The Experience
Express your creativity with our group of dynamic women through handmade jewelleries. Tenzing is the Supervisor overseeing the women empowerment program. Sonu is our sales person. Tara and Shova are the dynamic duo creating new jewelry designs and supervising the trainees. Ankita is our in-house photographer. Volunteer will help women with taking photos and videos, online marketing.

I really enjoyed my time at the project. You will be warmly welcomed by Tenzing and the children. The children, Tenzing and the woman from the empowerment project are very kind and lovely. So does the place where you stay. You can help in different ways. Mostly I spend time with the children, which was a lot of fun and really nice. It was an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it.

Tenzing's work with the children and women supported by the project is incredible. Her dedication is exceptional. And so are the children. There are many ways in which you can contribute to the project. Your simple presence and time spent with the children will be invaluable! The women's empowerment project has been running for some times and it's going very well. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood, and you feel safe there. I recommend the experience 100%. They need you !

It was a marvelous experience sharing with the kids in the project. Also the women that come to work here doing the handicraft are very collaborative and nice to work with. Tenzing is an amazing host and the house itself is a very nice place with everyone being so kind. The main work is to be attentive to the kids routine and spent time with them playing and such, especially in the morning so they can go to school on time. I've learned so much about Nepali culture, about Buddhism, about Hinduism and also about myself. The kids are very special. Definitely recommend this 10/10
