Best hostel that I've stayed since I've started using Worldpackers! Great place to meet international travelers, to practice english, spanish and french, to get in contact with nature, to focus on your personal work and to volunteer without being overworked with endless activities as many hostels try to imply in the volunteers. Good vibe, fun people and awesome place to live, with a beautiful canal for you to swim! Recommend one hundred percent!

At the coliving and Coworking I made great friends with both the other volunteers and the guests while also being able to practice my spanish. Unfortunately dengue is going around so there were a few days where I had to work by myself because the other volunteers were sick. This was a little frustrating but the managers also did their best to help me with some of the work load. Overall I had a really good experience!

The whole experience was amazing! The volunteers were really welcoming and we spent a great time together! The managers respect working hours and are flexible with the working hours. The only thing that could be improved is the volunteers room- it's really tiny and there are no lockers for our stuff. In general i completely recommend it!

This was my first volunteering experience abroad and it's been absolutely mind-blowing!!! The hosts and the other volunteers were super kind, interesting and fun. I practised a lot of Portuguese and Spanish. The tasks were easy and the schedule fair, I had time to chill and see the beautiful Barra Da Lagoa. Totally recommended!

I did not expect to create such a great community of people during my stay. I learned from them a lot and I was glad that not many people knew English so and I could improve my Portuguese and Spanish. Isa and Maira were the best teachers 🫶🏼 Floripa will stay in my heart forever ✨🥹
