The Experience
Support the Operations team in various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the hostel. Serve as an Experience Champion, engaging with guests and encouraging participation in hostel activities, with a special emphasis on island hopping adventures. Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive. Actively promote and advocate for our hostel's offerings and activities to enhance guest experience.
