The Experience
Hello everyone! We are Nanou and Lena, a french/taiwanese couple who just open a hostel in beautiful Sun Moon Lake in the middle of Taiwan. After a lot of travelling and volunteering, open our own hostel was our dream and we finally made it! We are located right at the Sun Moon Lake, one of the most famous spot in Taiwan. Surrounded by small mountains, the area have a lot to offer to the one who love outdoor activities and explore new area.

My experience at this hostel was absolutely amazing. Lena and Nanou were excellent hosts. They are so welcoming, caring and kind, just great people! The hostel is soooo nice, very very clean and the work was super easy. Couldn't have asked for a better time here! :)

Lena and Nanou are such warm and wonderful hosts who make you feel right at home in the hostel and in Sun Moon Lake. The workload is usually divided between two volunteers, which allows for plenty of time to explore the surroundings. The hostel itself is very comfortable with great beds and an amazing rooftop where you can spend cozy evenings.

I had a great time at the hostel in Sun Moon Lake. Nanu and Lena were so welcoming and made me feel right at home. The work is simple and easy, and the hostel is one of the best I've been to. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks for everything guys!

My 2-week stay at Sun Moon Lake was amazing. Nanou and Lena are really great hosts and amazing people in general. The work was relaxed and flexible, so that I had a lot of time to socialize with guests and explore the beautiful lake. The hostel itself is very relaxing and pretty, (especially the rooftop), the beds / rooms are comfortable and in general the vibe is great for socializing. Also, Nanou & Lena are very familiar with the area which is why they can give great tips one wouldn't know otherwise. Finally, I can only recommennd this project and want to come back one day.
