The Experience

We are looking for 1 volunteer to help with the start of Spring. You will be working with two other volunteers. The tasks will vary from helping indoors when the weather is rainy, outdoors when the weather is fine. We are looking for independent volunteers who might like to explore South West Wales. We also have a photography group and botanical group in May, so we are looking for people who can help us with them.

My overall experience at the guest house was fantastic: Rupert is an incredible mentor who will share his knowledge and experience (mixed with some jokes and treats to lighten up your days), Katy is a great leader that will trust and recognize your work, William will teach you some Welsh and keep you entertained with the local stories he tells you. I had a lovely experience staying in the guest house State, the family, the house, the place is really beautiful, you would find yourself surrounded by nature, hills, sheeps, perfect for disconnecting from the city. Also it was so much fun helping picking apples and making juice, I learned a lot. And the hosts Katy and Rupert were the best showing me the welsh culture and about the cute Llandybie Village, Thank you so much for having me and you're more than welcome to come to my place in Costa Rica☺️✨

My three-week stay at the guest house was my first experience, and I have no doubts it was the best decision about where to go. Rupet, Katy, and Viliam have lovely personalities. I really enjoyed conversations with Rupet during my dinner shifts. I have learned a lot about the locals' habits, national food, or way of life in Wales. The area around you is so impressive and just something you have to explore during your stay. Also, an the guest house is an aesthetic place! I really recommend going here!
