Working at Surfers Hostel was such a lovely experience! There were so many opportunities to connect with my team of volunteers, guests, & locals - truly felt like a little family. Chas is always willing to answer questions and make you feel as comfortable as possible. With flexible working hours you get plenty of time to explore the island. The hostel is super close to town with many cafes and beaches, plus tons of activities. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for a place to re-set and immerse themselves in Siargao's island life. Lots of love to my Surfers Family :)

I had a great time at the hostel. I had so much time to meet people, make new friends and explore the island. I love the vibe and the people. Joe and Chass are grate and they always listened to what the volunteers had to say. We had great activities, camping, family dinner, karaoke, island hopping. Siargao and the surrounding Islands are so beautiful. Also Mamba the Dog is the sweetest and loves cuddling. Only thing which needs to be improved are the bathrooms, they are okay, but not really good. If that's not your priority and you want to meet great people and make friends for life. Doit
