About the experience in: Deux-Sèvres, France

This has been my first experience volunteering and I'm not disappointed at all. They make their own bread, yogurt, jams, liquors, wine, beer, sauces, etc. Just keep in mind it's located in a small village. Depending on the season there's different things to do. I went in autumn so for example the work in the garden is more about tidying up and preparing for the winter. But overall 4 great weeks. Both Rosslyn and John are kind people and would teach you and talk about gardening, renovation, cooking, baking, even history and technology!
