The Experience

We offer the best hostel accommodation in the city with 128 beds and a world-renowned Roofdeck Bar offering a great view of the Manila skyline. Our place has a resto/cafe. If you are backpacking in the Philippines or interested to meet fun and like-minded individuals then Z Hostel is the place for you! We provide a safe and fun place to stay with comfortable accommodation. We are located in the hip and multi cultural area of Poblacion.

Amazing experience in the hostel, one of the best places to stay if u go to Manila and have to stay in the city, easy and flexible tasks to do, that is mostly socilize with the guest that they have for having a great time there. The Hostel have an incredible vibe with all the people that work there, specially Mark (the best) always trying to help, like all the other locals that u will meet. It was my first experience as a solo traveler and i will recommend this place 100%, is easy to move to other places

I 100% recommend working in the hostel. I felt welcomed right away, met some of the most amazing people. The work itself is very easy and fun. The food provided is good, you also get free cocktails and parties in the rooftop. I made so many friends there, people I'll cherish forever. the hostel was my home and I'm really happy with the time I spend there.

I simply loved this place! It was by far one of my best volunteer experiences. I felt like family from the start with all the hostel staff and interacting with the guests made me meet incredible people. The activities are very easy and fun, you don't even remember you're working (like karaoke, beer pong walking tour and trivia night). The structure of the hostel is great, the food was good and there are lots of bars and parties to enjoy around. If you're someone who likes to socialize or wants to develop this trait, I really recommend the hostel. Thanks for everything guys, see you next time! <3

Had the most incredible time at the hostel. The team and volunteers really made me feel at home and treated me like family. The workload is manageable, the hours are fair and the team are very understanding to your needs, they really do go far and beyond to ensure the volunteers feel safe and comfortable. Shout out to Mark. sir Harley, Chad, zee, Diane and to all my Kouyas and artes (I hope I spelt that right 😂) you guys were fantastic hosts. learnt so many Tagalog words and had the opportunity to practice my Tagalog with locals and immersed myself in the culture.
