The Experience

My name is Fausto and about 25 years ago I started my camping on a family plot in the southern Piedmont countryside, on the border of the Apennines. From the first pitches we have grown more and more but maintaining the family and spontaneous spirit. I'm looking for help who can take care of cleaning, tidying up and receiving customers for a few hours a day, giving a hand when necessary.

It had been a marvellous experience, Camila, Fausto y Federico had showed as the best host I've ever meet, like a second family they open the doors of their house with open hands and recived me as a son. Regarding the experience was peacefull, the work is mainly cleaning and reception, I never feel alone and always supported with kindness; I really wish all the experiences been like this and all the host be like C,F and F. Love forever!

Very good experience, they did everything possible to make me feel at home, thing they did. They were all very attentive ( searching the things I like, helping me to improve my italian.... The list is long ), friendly and interesant. The food was very good and the place to sleep, confortable. The camping and the region is beautiful. I really hope that I will be able to return one day to it. Thanks Fausto, Camilla, Federico and Armando of course.

The most incredible 3 weeks. I wish I could have stayed longer. From the moment I arrived I felt apart of their family. They are warm, kind, caring, supportive and simply the best hosts you could ever ask for. Camilla is a lovely cook, Fausto has the best sense of humour and Federico was always available to help me with whatever I needed. This was the greatest moments I've had in Italy so far and it was all due to how wonderful they are as people. Garbagna is a small beautiful town with many amazing views, walking trails and you're surrounded in nature. I will cherish this wonderful place !

My experience at the campsite was good! They tried very hard in making me feel welcomed. The town is very small so there is a lot of down time but the work is very easy. I do recommend speaking some Italian before you go to help immerse yourself in the culture more. Camilla is a wonderful cook, Fausto is such a character, and Federico was so helpful and constantly checked in on me. Overall my stay here was good.
