Si bien mi experiencia en el hostel no fue de las mejores, lo apruebo por la flexibilidad que mostró Ivan ante mi situación particular de fechas, sumarme el almuerzo y la amable cocinera. Las tareas no son complejas, pero pasaron por alto muchos asesoramientos, teniendo que aprender sobre la marcha. Al no estar presente el dueño (con quien cuadré), quedé a cargo de Carlos, a quien cubrí más de una vez por fuera de mi horario. Las instalaciones dejaron que desear, compartí el baño con personal que no colaboraron con su higiene. Se ubica distante de la zona turística, tener cuidado.

El cuarto es muy pequeño, caloroso al extremo, sin ventana y con la cama muy desconfortable. Hacia muchas tareas además del coordinado como el desayuno y almuerzo. Limpiaba todas las áreas comunes y la persona que me ayudaba se fue en la 1ª semaña me dejando solo con esas tareas, me dejaban platos y ollas sucias de la tarde y noche pa que limpiara en la mañana seguinte . No hay flexibilidad. Fueran rudos más de una vez conmigo. Carlos se queda sobrecargado y tu tiene que ayudarlo fuera de su horario, el barrio es peligroso y hasta un huésped fue robado y lastimado a 400 metros del hostal.

Pablo no era colaborador, tiene poca experiencia en las tareas, se queja por las tareas que le asignen, prácticamente no entiende el significado de intercambio de voluntariado por labores, mas de una ocasión debi advertirle de no consumir sustancias alucinógenas en el hotal

Mi experiencia en el hostel foi mui buena. Muchas gracias Ivan, Carlos, Luis Carlos e Zulay. El personal es muy amable. La habitacion é compartida com huespédes. As tareas son sencillas. Muchas gracias por todo e por ser parte de mi experiencia en Cartagena y Colombia!

Mí experiencia en el hostel fue buena, las tareas son sencillas (recepción, limpieza de cuartos y espacios comunes en su mayoría), los horarios pueden ser flexibles y cada integrante del staff te reciben muy bien para que te sientas cómodo de entrada. Está a menos de 30 minuto caminando del centro y el barrio es tranquilo. Las instalaciones están bien, el ambiente del hostel es tranquilo porque suelen llegar más que nada familias o parejas en cuartos privados, así que si buscas alejarte del típico hostel turístico con extranjeros es una gran opción.
