My time at the hotel Bigorre was really incredible! Jo, Richard and the whole team made me feel super comfortable and it was like we were a big family! Everyone is really nice and will help you the way they can and we all have lunch at the same time, which is really great to connect and talk to. The view from my appartment was also something else, I could stare at the window the whole day. The tasks are not difficult and I also had the opportunity to do some gardening activities, which was surprisingly fun! I recommend this place 100%. Thank you, guys!

We went with my husband for two months. They welcomed us very well, we found beautiful people with whom we had fun, Luna, Reagan, Jane, Mel and Elisa are on the staff and they made us feel at home, With them we had a beautiful experience working as a team. Joanna and Richard are excellent people, we never lacked for anything. The only negative thing I have to say is that we had to go through a very bad time with an employee named Macia who was very disrespectful, a liar and a bad person. My only advice is that If possible, do not interact with her because she is a conflictive person.

The staff were all very lovely and welcoming despite the language barrier as me and my friend could only speak English. We always felt welcome and the views from the golf course are amazing !! Everyone always gave us ideas on what to do on our days off. Only downside is that the golf resort is so far away from the main town you will have to organise everything in advance if you want to go somewhere, otherwise it's about an hour walk down to the town.
