Help our family practice English and enjoy the Green Heart of Italy

The experience

We are a family of 3, two adults and a 14 year old boy. We would like to host a girl for a week to speak English. We have a company that produces quality extra virgin olive oil, legumes, cereals & pasta, typical Italian products that we also like to cook at home. It is possible to play outdoor sports and visit Rome and the Umbria village. I am convinced that a week together can be a wonderful experience for us and for the girl we will be hosting.

What you offer

16 hours of help per week

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Between 18 and 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

We are a family of 3, two adults and a 14 year old boy. We would like to host a girl for a week to speak English. We live in Arrone in Umbria which is called the green heart of Italy. We have a company that produces quality extra virgin olive oil, legumes, cereals and pasta, typical Italian products that we also like to cook at home. We are close to the beautiful Marmore waterfall which is one of the highest in the world and we are an hour and a half from Rome. We like sports and being outdoors. We are looking for a young and sporty native English speaker to speak English together. We can pick you up at the airport in Rome or Perugia. We provide a private room and a private bathroom.

Activities & Shift

We are looking for a young and sporty native English speaker to speak English together. It is possible to play sports: cycling, swimming, walking, running, rafting... It is possible to go and visit the most beautiful villages in Umbria (Spoleto, Narni, Assisi ) and also Rome. We also have a farm with olive trees, woods, horses, cows and dogs. I am convinced that a week together can be a wonderful experience for us and for the girl we will be hosting.

Rules

We have the possibility to host a week from 1 July to 31 July approximately.
