The experience

Hello everyone,
We're currently looking for volunteers in Japan who would like to help us with cleaning/teaching while staying at our guesthouse for free. If you've been wanting to go sightseeing around Osaka and Kyoto, this is a perfect place for you. We also provided opportunities and training for those who want to stay in Japan long term. Most of our former residents made friends and settled down somewhere in Japan.[Don't apply using CHATGPT]

What you offer

15 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Fluent English

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

[Benefits]
·Free accommodation (a private room).
·Free to use all facilities. (All shared space[Kitchen, Lounge, Dining room, Bathrooms, etc.]) Wi-Fi, and some amenities)
· Although speaking Japanese is frowned up in the house, there are two local Japanese schools near by, one is free and the other is 100YEN per month.

Activities & Shift

We need help, 3-4hours/day 5days/week, with the following:
1. Cleaning
2. Talking with Japanese students/residents in English[teaching for qualified individuals only during peak seasons]
3. Web marketing, Blog writing, painting, gardening, etc. [One of our websites got a virus and we had to make a new one but need help with SEO. If you are SEO expert, we will not ask you to do tasks 1 and 2. I will do them myself if I have to. We really need help with our website.]

Rules

-Diligent, Punctual, Reliable, and Friendly
-Available for 1 month. [Extended stay may be offered based on your performance.]
-Capable of speaking native-level English
-Understand that you'll be staying at an English learning/speaking environment.
