The Experience
Our hostel is a wooden lodge with a great atmosphere and stunning mountains, located in the woods but very close to the bus, shop, restaurant, and trails. We are looking for help with all tasks around hostel and our families like reception, cleaning, socializing with guests, babysitting my kids. We will ask you to work 1-2 days (17h) so that you have lots of time. Last minute: we look for one/2 more people from 27th of Dezember for 2 weeks.

The experience was really nice. Because of personal stuff I couldn't really enjoyed to the fullest. You can hike, you work a bit and help out, you will have some nice movie evenings or quiz nights. Sometimes or often it can be really full in the hostel, it's a small cozy hostel. So if you want some privacy there will be not always options. But then, days will come where there are not guests at all and there are just volunteers.It's possible. And It's a great chance to be in nature and connect with yourself. Taje the chance, it's definitely worth it

This experience was a great one! the hostel is a place where you can disconnect and enjoy nature while discovering a beautiful country. Marzena is a great host, always available to help everyone who needs it. If you look for a quiet place where you can have more time for yourself, while you get to know the beauty of the Trata Mountains, this is your best option. And also you'll have the pleasure of meeting the hostel pets, Mia, Mao and Majka!:)

It was such a great experience that I had to extend my stay! GBL feels like home, the house is a little bit far away from the city but there is always buses or you can take a walk to there, and if you cross the street you're already in the national park with great hikes, the location allows you to have peace and contact with nature. Margena is an amazing host, she is super understandable and try to make you comfortable and well, the shift are well limited and agreed every week, and there is a tematic night every day! Is a great place to meet people and see wonderful views. I'm coming back fs!

Amazing! This hostel's friendly atmosphere makes meeting new people a breeze. You'll have plenty of free time to explore the area with a light workload of a day or two. Whether you're into hiking, skiing, or just soaking up the local culture, this place is a perfect base for your adventures. I highly recommend it to anyone! Marzena's kindness truly shines through. She ensures everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, going the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome. :)
