I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! This was my first Worldpackers trip so I didn't know what to expect, and this was entirely better than anything I could have imagined. John and Linda are so welcoming and were amazing hosts. I can tell they are really passionate about what they do, and that they go out of their way to make sure that everybody has the best time possible at their farm. After leaving the farm, I felt really inspired to love my work as much as John and Linda love running their farm and hosting volunteers. I also learned a ton about sustainability!! 10/10❤

The farm was my first volunteering experience and I don't think there could have been a better place to start. Linda and John are such lovely people, you immediately feel like part of their family. Not only do you learn a lot about farming, but it is also very important to them that you get something out of it for the rest of your life. I really enjoyed my time on this beautiful farm. Thank you Linda and John for having me :)

My volunteering experience at the farm with Worldpacker was my first, so I was a bit nervous about how everything would work out. However, Linda and John were incredibly friendly, and it felt like I was being welcomed not just as a new volunteer, but as a new member of their family. I truly enjoyed my time there. The farm is also really beautiful and is the perfect place if you want to reconnect with nature.

I'll say when I first arrived at the farm it was a bit of a shock, it had been a long time since I had camped in a fairly remote area, but John, Linda, and then team made me feel so welcomed and over my time I came to really enjoy and honestly love the farm. I'm quite sad to be leaving. It is definitely hard work, but very worth it. I learned so, so much from John and Linda about sustainability and business and Linda is a phenomenal cook! I will say I've gotten very accustomed to eating chestnuts almost every day, so it will be strange not having them so regularly. Highly recommended.

The farm was the perfect place to start our journey into volunteering. I've never met anyone quite like John or Linda before, they are kind, helpful, and fun to be around. We loved the variety of tasks that we were given and learned so much from it. It really felt like it was important for them to see us develop and improve in areas we enjoyed and were good at. We stayed in a Caravan wich was very cozy, and if we had any issues they would help us immediately. Thank you for this life changing experience! We will certainly be back in no time! 🤗
