Château de Barjon

Le lieu est un petit paradis de quiétude et de nature.
Au milieu d’une immense forêt et à plus de 12 km de tout commerce nous sommes assez isolés.
Je ne réside pas en permanence dans ce château mais à chaque séjour, c’est un pur moment de bonheur.
Comme les bâtiments sont en assez bon état, je souhaite entreprendre des aménagements sur le terrain.
La plantation d’un verger est ma première préoccupation pour pouvoir jouir des fruits dans les années à venir et pouvoir prendre le temps de transformer les produits de la nature.
Remettre en état les anciens chemins et les murets ancestraux sera la seconde étapes.
Pour cela j'ai besoin d'aide et de personnes motivées par le patrimoine et assez fous ou passionnées pour apporter leur pierre à l’édifice

Hello, I'm the proud owner of a beautiful castle rebuilt in the XIV and XVIII century, in the heart of the forest of Burgundy. If Living in the building as it is, is marvellous, Lands and park require work. We expect in first clearing the Limits of land, cutting trees, planting fruit trees. We are planning the clearing of trees and the preparation of firewood. Many dry stone walls will have to be reassembled, others renovated with traditional methods. Reworked paths. The ivy of the walls will have to be contained. We can accommodate you in the building and give you bicycles to visit some beautiful village surrounding. Having Volunteering Practiced on sites during many years we are able to speak many languages. Friends Worldwide are Welcome. I am an archaeologist and I am occasionally in the castle. If you would like to bring your stone to the monument and if you are dreaming of a castle's life, we welcome you with Great Pleasure! But you need to be motivated by the work on cultural heritage.
