The experience

Prepping rooms and yoga equipment, lovingly helping prepare food and serving to guests, general kitchen assistance.

This is a chance to learn about healthy food and presentation, whilst having fun! Creative input is welcome. You will also learn about holistic practices we host here. Sometimes there is an opportunity to join some yoga classes. Suited to people interested in sustainability, wellness, being close to nature and conscious living.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Activities & Shift

We work on shift basis but some days you may have to work a few extra hours, but we give you this time back after the retreats finish, to stay and use our facilities.


Rules

No smoking or drinking in the public retreat areas or loud music when retreats are running. We have set meal times.
