The nature was beautiful to see and peaceful but personally I wouldn't recommend this place. Firstly, we were working more hours than expected instead of 5 a day because there was too much work for 3 of us and we weren't getting paid. Because of this It was difficult to see the local area and 'immerse ourselves in the local rainforest' as we were exhausted. The last day we had finished cleaning everything and the host came in having a mental breakdown and kicked us out because nothing was cleaned to her standard so we got up and left. This isn't how 'a boss' should behave.

The location is surrounded by beautiful nature and scenic views with lots of wildlife but there is limited public transport so you need a lift to get anywhere. The work given was more than the advertised hours (sometimes double). The host expected professional grade cleaning and housekeeping even though it was communicated from the start that I had no such experience. There was a lack of training given from the start to do the job to the hosts expectations which was made clear to the volunteers in a rude and disrespectful manner. The free accom and food are not worth this experience.
