Come help us in our Garden, landscaping and as a decorating assistant in Spain :)

The experience

Our garden is set within an olive grove but has been untended for some time. We need general help with getting it back in order but will welcome any creative ideas for paths, sunken seating, edging etc using stones, pallets or anything we can recycle. We also want to create a petanca/boules court.
Decorating is outdoors - whitewashing external walls.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

Our house is in the country and as such has limited public transport connections. If you don't have your own transport I am happy to help with transfers when I can.

Activities & Shift

Owing to the high daytime temperatures in the summer we will start work at 8am and be finished by 1.30pm, allowing for a half hour mid morning break. This will give you a chance for a quick dip in the pool before lunch. After lunch the pool will be available to use as you wish and in the evening I will be happy to take you into Iznajar and collect you later on.

Rules

I provide breakfast and lunch buffet style as well as tea, coffee and soft drinks. The kitchen is at your disposal for preparation of any other meals but I do expect you to help to clear away from all meals and to leave the kitchen clean and tidy at all times.

You should be aware that I have two dogs who are both very friendly.
