The Experience

As we are a small community of volunteers living and helping together we always require help with running of the Centre. We have different volunteers coming to help out all the time. We all share meals together. Our week is run on a rota, which we all have a meeting together once a week in which our duties for the week are arranged. Duties include general housekeeping and gardening.

My stay at the Center Long was wonderful and just what i needed! Cooking for everyone was lovely and it was fun to experiment with new recipes. Everyone was really welcoming and there's lots of things to do if you enjoy quiet time by yourself. However, if you are looking for a social immersion, this might not be the place for you. I would always come back, thank you for having me (:
