Activities & Shift

-animal care: feeding animals, cleaning pens, refilling waters, letting dogs out
-gardening: planning seeds, weeding, watering
-building: expanding pens, painting, repairing fences and housing

Rules

1) Do not enter the animal pens without express permission and training. Keep gates closed at all times in the backyard and pens. The resident cats are not to be let outside; the dogs are not allowed out when the chickens free range.
2) Please keep the ruckus to a minimum after 10pm.
3) Please do not catch or otherwise disturb the local wildlife! We get fox, coyote, and deer on occasion, but you're more likely to see a bunny, turtle, or toad.
4) Please use the designated bins for compost, recycling, burn, and trash. We recycle, compost, burn, and dispose of things creatively!
5) Be mindful of energy consumption.
6) No cigarette smoking.
7) Respect all residents of the farm (humans and animals).
