I spent two weeks in the hotel. The team is like family they make me feel home. We eat together dance and have fun. They even organize Arabian night we prepared Moroccan food for the gusts. I had toothache they helped me with everything. I learned a lot about food and cooking from Chef Chris. It was one of the best experiences I ever had.

So, all in all it was a good experience! -> Amazing, friendly and humorous team! -> AMAZING food (props to the cook!) & accommodation (Wifi connection could be a bit better in room 5 ^^ Otherwise the room was amazing!) -> I learned new things about, what the tasks at a the hotel are to keep it running, I learned new things about their culture (also by going out at the night with the SunsetCove Family) -> I was sick 2 days, had to work in the hours, which for my with europan standards was pretty shocking, but in the philippines it is normal. I would like to add few more points, but I can't ^^

Antonio served as our very first volunteer at Sunset Cove Beach and Dive Resort. He engaged with our guests in a warm and professional manner, primarily contributing to the dining service and customer relations. Occasionally, he ventured into the kitchen for cooking lessons with our Chef. His presence was enjoyed by the staff due to his amiable nature, but some expressed concerns about his limited interaction and knowledge-sharing with them. While he excelled in addressing customer needs, there were instances where he could be more actively involved with guests and to enhance teamwork, it would be beneficial for you to not only offer help but also provide suggestions or recommendations to your colleagues, fostering a more efficient working environment.
