The experience

I'm looking for someone creative and energetic to hang with the kids and house keep while the kids are away. Simple house chores and kid projects is basically all we need. Experience with kids would be ideal! We're excited to share our Northern California's remote coastal community with you and all it has to offer. We're eager to learn about you and your culture and ours! We're a few hours from San Francisco =)

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 22 and 36 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside United States

European Union Passport

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Having a driver's license will make the job a lot easier! As well as experience with kids. My kids are awesome, you'll love them.
Need help entertaining them while I work and do school. I also need help keeping up with simple household chores.

Activities & Shift

4-5 hours Monday through Friday.
I hope to connect you with local folks your age. I can take you to town, bars, local events- there's plenty. Lots of hiking and outdoor activity.
