The Experience
Located in the southwest of the Algarve, Portugal, close to Lagos, Sagres and Burgau. We offer host in shared or single room, shared kitchen and bathroom, kaiaks and bike, shared use of a car for short distances. The interested party must contribute to the packaging and delivery of CBD. You can also contribute to marketing and advertising on social networks and other ways.

Maycon is a true host. He introduced me to several amazing places, as well as his friends, who made me feel right at home. The two weeks I spent volunteering for the host were really enjoyable. The work was very simple (and even therapeutic), the hours were also super flexible. It was a pleasant surprise! I recommend it to everyone :D

My experience at the host was very good:) The host wasn't there when I arrived but he arranged for me to be picked up by one of his friends who made me feel very safe and welcome. There wasn't that much work to do so I was able to do whatever I wanted for the most time. The work was easy and fun and you can really tell that Maycom is serious about his buisness! The house is far away from the city though so I had to take the bus a lot, but if you don't mind that then it's great😁

Maycon is the best!!! The work is super easy, even much less hours than agreed. I'd recommend this project if you can drive, because I felt kinda isolated. So I left earlier to Lisbon. But! Maycon will always gladly take you to any place in the neighbourhood, the communication is on a highest level. Be prepared for the mosquitos though 🥲 A big hug, thank you Maycon 💺👸

This was my first experience with Worldpackers and it was absolutely awesome! Maycon was very flexible with working schedules and always willing to make us volunteers feel comfortable. He also introduced me to his friends, making me live the experience of a local in Lagos. His house is sorruonded by nature and he has a very friendly cat, Alberto. I recommend the host to everyone interested, it will be a wonderful experience!

To me was really good! I mean, I did everything I wanted (being alone, party, beautiful walks, met people from the village and also enjoyed his cats company) Is true that everything is far from his house, but to me wasn't a problem I took the bus or just walked and was beautiful, nice people I met on the way drove me to the small village. Thanks to him I met his nice friends and even partied together. About job, there wasn't a lot but just one day we did like 6-7hours? But because it was needed so no problem with that
