Activities & Shift

These are examples of some the tasks that we find helpful. Please keep in mind that we are willing to honor preferences, i.e. "I like gardening," etc. If you see something on this list that you don't enjoy, please don't let that deter you from contacting us! Again, these are just ideas of things that are helpful to our family; it's a starting point for discussion. We can talk more about the exchange when we Skype or FaceTime.

- Walk dogs 30-60 min, play frisbee with dog
- Clean up from the morning rush - start dishwasher, clean up kitchen, dining table, etc
- Empty dishwasher? Load dishwasher?
- Organize the artwork station / keep it tidy
- Measure out the dogs' food (every other week)
- Tidy a cupboard or pantry
- Shake out couch blankets & put back
- Run Dyson vacuum in laundry room or Roomba
- Pick up dog poop in the yard
- Wipe out refrigerator

I'm happy to share our household rules with you when we talk.
