I can't describe how amazing this volunteering experience was!! The work was easy and fun - especially making pancakes in the morning while chatting with the guests and other volunteers. The manager Beta is the best manager you can wish for - always in a good mood, helping, making sure you feel welcomened, extremly patient and she has so many interesting storys to tell. The other volunteers were amazing as well - it felt like a little family and I can't wait to come back!! <3

Spending a month at the guest house Hostel was the best first experience I could imagine! Beta, our manager, is very committed in her work and in the integration of all volunteers. It feels like a small family and as we all eat together in the evening, it is very easy to connect with everyone working at the same time. The tasks during the three different shifts were exactly what I expected and what is here described. Beta is flexible and always ready to teach you useful small tips or wise life lessons! The location of the hostel is also really central :) Would 100% recommend !!!

I am so grateful to have been able to be a volunteer at the guest house. It's basically impossible to find something to critique. If you are an open person and you like working in customer service you will fit right in with the awesome staff team. Thank you to the best manager Beta and all of the amazing people i've met in Lisbon!

I would definitely recommend Frindly the guest house to everyone. It was such a lovely experience. I felt welcomed since the beginning. Beta, the manager, is the best and she helps and cares about the volunteers. Lisbon is an amazing city and would definitely recommend visiting. The working hours were respected and the work was easy and mostly chill.
