I had the chance to stay to the organization for a bit more than two weeks and tbh felt quite good. the hosting family was quite warm and welcoming. the set of activities/actions you may do relies essentially on you. me and other volunteers choosed to teach English to the children of the community and went smoothly. overall the place is very chill, people are happy and have an easy contact :)

A really lovely and amazing experience, the community of the organization welcome you with open arms. The foundation is a wonderful thing and run by incredible people. You will stay with a local host family who treat you as their own, and it is an amazing way to learn/improve your Spanish. Couldn't recommend this experience more. They really appreciate and value your help in any way possible.

This is a very enriching experience that you shouldn't miss out on. The people in the organization is very friendly and really value the international volunteers even if you're not perfect in Spanish. You'll have the chance to live with a local family and eat traditional Colombian meals with them. the organization has a good vibe and is also not too far from the main city of Pereira if you want some things to do during your free time or on weekends. Highly recommend this during your time in Colombia!

I was in the organization for a month and it was an incredible time. The people, despite the difficult time they went through, are incredibly friendly and generous. You are very appreciated as a helper and people are happy to spend time with you. Furthermore, the leaders of the organization is stunning people who you just have to get to know! The projects that the organization has to offer are varied and interesting and there is something for everyone! One must always be aware that no matter how long one participates in the project, one will always get more from the organization than one can give!

La organización fue primera experiencia en un voluntariado social y decir que fue grato y enriquecedor. Si quieres conectar con la esencia de las personas, con niños y sentir el amor en la comunidad, no lo pienses más y ves!! Agradezco a la familia que me tocó, Jairo y Ana fueron los indicados para mí. Una pena que solo pude estar con ellos 2 semanas, pero se ganaron mi cariño y no los olvidaré. Tampoco olvidaré a las profesoras y a los niños ❤️. Gracias por ser por un tiempo parte de ustedes.

Un proyecto muy bonito , mi estancia fue de dos semanas me sentí muy en casa donde Anna y Jhon personas muy agradables y especiales ❤️ también en crisol la comunidad es amable y gentil .. una experiencia que recomiendo mucho ! gracias a ecolonias , crisol , y todas las personas que estuvieron ahí ... un pronto encuentro y gracias por tan bonita experiencia 🏞️❤️

La experiencia que tuve en colonia fue maravillosa, me sentí en casa desde el primer minuto en la familia de acogida que me tocó. Pude divertirme con los niños y pude conectar mejor con la comunidad. Es una experiencia que la recomiendo totalmente.

¡Mi experiencia de voluntariado en la organización fue excelente! Mi familia de acogida me recibió con los brazos abiertos. Me sentí en casa desde el primer momento, no solo en mi familia sino en la comunidad. Tuve varias tareas, como por ejemplo dar clases de inglés y francés, ayudar con las redes sociales y las páginas web de las ONG y ayudar con el reciclaje. ¡César y Marleni, los fundadores de las ONG son unos amores! Apoyan a la comunidad con todo su corazón. Es un honor haber formado parte de la organización y volvería en cualquier momento :)
