The Experience

Estamos buscando apoyo en tareas de limpieza y mantención de nuestra gran hostal. Además de realizar turnos en recepción. El voluntario/a podrá compartir con huéspedes de larga estadía y huéspedes temporales, y al mismo tiempo de un entorno tranquilo y acogedor. Estamos ubicados en uno de los mejores barrios de Stgo central, cercano a locomoción, mercados, centros culturales, bares y restoranes. Turnos de 5 horas, 5 veces a la semana.

This experience was the highlight of my trip for now. The host is very welcoming and I felt at home. We even spent Christmas together! If there was a problem, I knew I could talk to the owner. Furthermore, you really only have to work during the assigned hours and the communication about the tasks was very clear. The hostal is very clean and located in a safe area! The owner is living close by and is helping if there is a problem. It was more than just a work experience, I made really nice friends and could practice my Spanish and English. Would 100% recommend it!

Very positive experience overall! We had some communication issues at the beginning that were actively improved by the time I was gone. The people are very nice and the establishment is well-equipped to receive you.

Fran y Cris son seres increíbles. Hay empatía y respeto en todo momento, los voluntarios reciben las mismas comodidades que un huésped. Los horarios son sagrados y las tareas son sencillas, el barrio Italia aparte de ser muy interesante es muy seguro a cualquier hora y moverse en transporte publico es facil desde allí. (Metro y colectivos) Recomendaría ciegamente un voluntariado aquí.

El hostel fue buena, les diria que demasiada buena. Los horarios simpre se respecten y complieron. Las tareas eran sencillos y todo te explicaron claro. Fran, la duena y Cris un encargada de voluntario simpre estuvieron disponible de ayudarnos. Otros voluntarios y yo Nos llevabamos tan bien y senti boco de triste que tengo que despedirme. Lo agradezco definitivamente a todos personas y 120% loarecomiende.

Realmente iba muy intrigada sobre este primer voluntariado, pero todo ha sido increíble desde principio a fin. Cris quien es encargado de voluntarios es la persona más amable y abierta de todas, te hace sentir en casa, te ayuda y te explica, no se molesta si tenés dudas y siempre son muy abiertos si necesitas algún día libre. Fran, la dueña y son bastante accesibles y tratan de unir a voluntarios y huéspedes, me llevo una experiencia muy linda y gente igual de linda en el corazón. 🩷
