La experiencia

You will help at our local Community Center, where you can help teach English and support the permanent teacher with activities like pronunciation, games, vocabulary etc. To motivate students of all ages. The students are very eager to learn and appreciate the support!
The classes are on monday, wednesday and friday from 5:30 pm to 6:45 and 7:00 to 8pm.

Descripción: We contribute to delivering school materials, clothes and shoes, and medical assistance to children who live within vulnerable populations from low-income families. For your contribution, you receive breakfast and lunch, Wi-Fi, laundry, permanent support, accompaniment and guidance during the first three days to get to know the city. 2 free excursions, to Conchas Chinas Beach and Cerro de la Cruz. The transport around the city is not included!

Programa detallado

Our Local Community Center is located 10 minutes away from the house. There, beginner or intermediate English classes are offered 3 days a week by local English teachers. You will support these teachers and help and motivate the students.
As the structure of the class is quite flexible you are welcome to come with your ideas and materials, if you want to. Feel free to let your enthusiasm and imagination run wild!
In your free time, you can read, go for a walk, take yoga classes, dance classes around or downtown. Go to the beach etc.

There are many amazing things to do on weekends too, like snorkeling, diving, kite surfing, paragliding, trekking in the mountains, exploring our city, or spending days on the unspoiled beaches. or do some tours around the bay.
Note: these activities have an extra cost.

Actividades & Turnos

The English classes are 3 times a week, there are 2 groups first one is on Monday, and Friday from 5:30 to 6:45 and the second one is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 to 8 pm.

You will practice vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and playing games with them.
Note: You can share any activity or idea you want to help them practice and learn English.
