La experiencia

Most of our work is outdoors landscape related. We initially commit to up to a week for US citizens and up to two weeks for those coming from overseas. Our main concern is a persons skills related to our work needs and a volunteers work habits and compatibility. Since we are all different ech volunteer decides what time they want to begin each day.

3 horas de ayuda por día

Construcción y Reparación: Ayuda con varias tareas de reparación o construcción.

Jardinería: Ayuda a plantar y cultivar jardines.

2 dias libres por semana

Habitación privada: Tendrás una cama en un cuarto privado. Sí, un cuarto solo para ti.

Camping: Tendrás una carpa/tienda en un campamento.

Bicicletas a tu disposición: Puedes usar nuestras bicicletas cuando quieras.

Traslado: Te buscaremos cuando llegues y te llevamos a nuestro lugar.

Utilice nuestra cocina equipada: Siéntete libre de usar nuestra cocina y preparar tu comida deliciosa.

Programa detallado

We are very laid back and flexible. We always try to fit the work to a volunteers interest. Currently we have three full time residents who started out as short term volunteers. Mountain Light Sanctuary is a retreat center with a very progressive and international perspective.

Reglas

We are an alcohol free zone and ask that smoking be done off property and that no illegal drugs or weapons of any kind be brought in to the Sanctuary.
