The experience

The Camelia Coffee Farm We are a beautiful coffee farm in the mountains of Quindio Colombia. We are looking for happy people who love nature and are interested in learning about coffee processes. Volunteering consists of different functions such as: gardening, maintenance, cleaning, animal feeding, marketing, bioconstruction or coffee processes.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely


Requirements

Beginner Spanish or Beginner English

Between 18 and 45 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

Volunteering consists of different functions such as: gardening, maintenance, cleaning, animal feeding, marketing, bioconstruction or coffee processes.
5 hours of volunteering a day.
5 days a week.
You have a bed in a shared room.
3 meals a day are provided from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday you can cook, too
There is a laundry room that you can use.


Activities & Shift

Volunteer shifts include 5 hours a day, 5 days a week and two days off
