Come help us at the reception in a beautiful village in Portugal
The experience
The service will mainly be reception and contact with customers. We might need help with cleaning, breakfast, and whatever tasks needed.
We have many lounge and outside areas, where our guests can read books, do yoga, listen to good music, have a drink, sunbath, and so much more.
Your role is to guarantee our guests have the best experience while you also have a good time with us.

What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Party Promoter:
Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Housekeeping:
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
What you get
3 days off per week
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Restaurants:
Get discounts at nearby restaurants.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Basic Internet Access:
Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Fluent English or Fluent Portuguese
Between 20 and 40 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Rules
We attach great importance to CUSTOMER satisfaction.
We do not tolerate disrespect for hostel rules, customers and colleagues!
Failure to comply could lead to expulsion from the hostel and the volunteers' house!
At the hostel:
- Do not drink without authorization from management, be respectful to others when drinking.
- Do not use the hostel kitchen without authorization from the kitchen manager;
- Respect colleagues and the orders from the hostel crew;
- Hours of service - Uniform is mandatory.
- On days off, wear presentable clothes, you are free to roam around and make new friends etc
