What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 18 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

We are currently seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our team and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

If you are a proactive individual with a passion for water activities and a desire to immerse yourself in the beauty of Bacalar, we would love to hear from you!

Activities & Shift

We request 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, at least 4 weeks to help us, we provide where to stay and 1 meal (lunch), you share the room with 6 people maximum, each room has shower, with hot water, a/c, and wifi.

Main tasks include:

- Equipment maintenance and cleaning support.
- Assisting with the maintenance and cleaning of life jackets.
- Managing the process of equipment rental (kayaks and paddleboards), including pickup and return.
- Helping with the preparation of amenities for tours, such as preparing the coolers with food and beverages.
- Organizing the storage facility.
- Providing support to customers.

Drugs are not allowed,
People from outside are not weolcome to stay at the staff house,
Keep your space clean and ordered,
Be respectful with each other.
