The experience

Hello, my name is Jacqueline!
We are an 8+ years old permaculture center.
We receive people from all over the world for our workshops and apprenticeship programs. We also have a vegetarian Farm-to-table restaurant, nursery, and shop open to the public.
I am constantly working with my hands in the dirt, and I need someone to help me with hands-on camera work and video captures, both for the farm and the restaurant.

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 19 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Morning shifts of hands-on work on the farm combined with days of shooting for content and editing.
We will share our ideas, and we need the creativity of new people and eyes to do so through our social media.

Activities & Shift

Minimum expectations:
Photos taken from the dishes of the restaurant
4 fun reels for publishing on social media that relate to the farm-to-table concept
Two education videos
1 longer video of what you consider highlights at the farm.

I expect your help on some days for hands-on activities. You can set up your days as you need. My main goal is to share with you first in person so that you get hands-on and that then we can think together of great ideas for developing content that is more focused on education and normalizing our way of life
