What you offer

27 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Italian

Between 22 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

•Welcoming guests upon their arrival and providing them with a warm welcome.
•Escorting guests to their respective rooms and assisting with any questions or concerns they may have.
•Performing cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas.
•Preparing beds and ensuring rooms are ready for the next guests.
•Assisting with check-in procedures.

Activities & Shift

We divide the work into 4 days with shifts of 6.5 hours and 3 days off. One shift is from 10:00 to 16:30 and the other is from 16:30 to 23:00.

In the morning shift we prepare the beds for our next guest and we clean de common areas and check-in.

In the afternoon shift you will clean the bathrooms, take away the trash and check-in.
