The Experience

Nosotros contamos con personal que se encarga de asear los cuartos, recibir, orientar y resolver inquietudes de los huéspedes durante el día; sin embargo, después de las 7 pm requerimos de alguien quien reciba los huéspedes, los registre en nuestra plataforma y resuelva situaciones sencillas como una sabana extra, explicar como preparar el café, dudas sobre la ubicación de algún lugar en el pueblo, etc. Es un horario muy flexible y conveniente

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue maravillosa, todo el equipo de trabajo incluida la anfitriona son muy amables y atentos, realmente sientes que más que trabajadores son una familia, te explican lo que tienes que hacer muy bien y te responden amablemente a cualquier duda, en un par de días ya puedes manejar todas tus labores fácilmente además que el ambiente de trabajo es muy cálido. Las tareas son sencillas y te dan tiempo libre para hacer otras actividades, el pueblo es muy tranquilo y genial, la gente local es muy amable y se pueden hacer varias actividades, sin duda volveremos pronto

En el hotel, nuestro voluntariado fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora. Lorena, Shirly y Arley, nos recibieron con mucha calidez y nos hicieron sentir parte del equipo. Las tareas son bastante sencillas y tuvimos más que suficiente tiempo libre para explorar el pueblo y sus alrededores. La flexibilidad del horario nos brindó la oportunidad de conectar con la cultura local y disfrutar de la naturaleza sin apuros. Lo que más valoramos fue la tranquilidad del hotel y el pueblo, un verdadero refugio para el descanso y la reflexión, lejos del ajetreo diario. Definitivamente volveríamos!

Realicé las labores que me correspondían, me encargué de realizar fotografias para las redes sociales del hotel, siempre manejando mi propio horario con tiempo de sobra para conocer filandia y sus alrededores. Lorena, Shirley y Arley son personas muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar en lo que necesites. En general ha sido una experiencia muy bonita y enriquecedora donde conocí nuevos lugares y personas.
