The Experience
The rural estate including winery is located in one of the most scenic spots of all Italy. We have made it my life's dream to bring this property back to its former glory and create a most inspiring place in this little paradise. We look for hands-on smart people to help the dream work. Currently gardening, landscaping, construction and renovating furniture is on the list of work If that sounds exciting to you, please reach out!

One of the best places I've ever been. The views are almost unbelievable! Some tasks can be heavy sometimes, but very fulfilling as you see the progress. Martin and team are always open to communication if you don't feel capable of doing something. A great place to practice English and other languages. You can learn about the local history and freely explore the surroundings! Is a magical place to be!

A wonderful experience working with travelers from around the world and from the local community. Martin and his team are fun to work with and engaged in achieving a sustainable business. The locations is great as you're in the middle of Tuscany not far from all the major centers Florence Siena and many other historic, cultural and outdoor recreational places. The villa and buildings that make up the facility are charming and rustic. The rooms provida good place to have your private time and a central area where the crew gets together to cook, eat and engage in cultural exchanges.
