I enjoyed my time with the children immensely! I know I was a positive influence with the children and I realized the difference I can make. On the other hand, this was my first time in Africa and teaching. I learned that I do better when I have air conditioning and a reliable shower! Unfortunately, I had to leave early because the host stopped respecting me. He could not handle a woman wanting details on how he spent her money and if it was the best price. So, he chose to be abusive by giving me the silent treatment. I expected professionalism from the host and did not get it.

Thank you for your feedback and we real appreciate your opinion and point of view about our project. We took your advise in a positive way to improve our Services to our next Volunteers.

We speak about our experience with you during your stay in our project

It was very difficult and challenges to work with you because you always judge everything and immediately put negative in every this you judge. We explained you very well about the type of accommodation we had and you agreed to join our project, immediately after you arrived you started to complain about electricity ( power off ) problem which is a national problem and Government problem. We have shower , water and sitting toilet but you always complain about schedules of water access which is a community timetable

We analyze in our profiles that we have program fees of 15 Euros per day and we agreed before you arrive. When you arrived it took almost 2 days for you to pay the program fees , immediately after you paid the program fees you asked for the money . We are NGO and we have may expenditure so the program fees is used in different categories.

We gave you a very fair price of Safari together with our volunteers who were current at the project. The day of Safari you was the only volunteer complained about the price while we made a discount of 50$ to our volunteers.

We are Ok to doubt about the prices but the way you was doubt was not Ok. You started to ask for Money back while you was on Safari, You even asked our Driver Guide to drive you back to the Main gate of National park while everything was already booked and paid included the parkees , meals and Safari Jeep . After you asked other tourist at the National parks during the lunch time of Safari about the prices they paid for Safari, you realized that we made a discount on the price we gave you, Immediately you sent a message to us to ask for the forgiveness about your doubt . Was a very challenge and stressful day for our Driver Guide and also you confused other volunteer to enjoy the Safari

You did not have good communication with other volunteers , our school staffs and staffs in our volunteer house and this is the reason that you cancelled the project before the time of your departure and you didn't involved anyone about you cancellation . You changed your flight ticket and inform the host that you will leave the project the day after , you also asked for the money back while we told you we already spent on different expenses.

You was working very nice with the kids and we real appreciate your motivation and willing to teach our children. We appreciate for the best English lesson you gave to our children

We recommend you in the future when you will travel to other project that to give yourself a time to adopt the environment and culture of the place. You need to get used with the lifestyle and everything there for you to enjoy your stay

We wish you all the best
