The experience

We are looking for a passionate volunteer who wants to be part of our team and work after the volunteering program. Yes, a paid job!
We need in this application fluent english speakers, with experience in client service, marketing, experience in hotel management, reservation platforms, and extremely responsible.

We require one month.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 18 and 50 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Ecuador
