The Experience

A Ayni é um espaço educativo para adultos e crianças! Precisamos de ajuda na agrofloresta, infraestrutura e cuidados gerais da escola e hotel. Sua chegada deverá ser no domingo e o programa é de 2 semanas. Convidamos os adultos a um trabalho interno, de reflexão sobre a vida, de reconexão com sua essência e deixamos as crianças em paz! Através do voluntariado você pode conhecer e viver Ayni, fazer amigos e criar conexões para sempre!

O voluntariado na organização é profundo. Foram 15 dias onde eu pude trabalhar muito com a terra e colaborando com a equipe da organização e outros voluntários. Mas tbm houve muito trabalho interno de autoconhecimento. É impressionante como aquele espaço no meio de um bosque tem a capacidade de sustentar trabalhos braçais, como capinar, até trabalhos sutis, como observação da educação das crianças e rodas de conversa. Foi especial demais servir meu tempo à esse espaço maravilhoso!

Nunca estive em um lugar que cumpriu com o significado da palavra "voluntariado" como a organização fez. Que experiência maravilhosa! Fui tratada com tanto respeito, gentileza e carinho que fica até difícil de explicar. Ali, todos estão na busca de serem os melhores possíveis para sí mesmos e para os outros e te inspiram a fazer o mesmo. Os outros voluntários tornaram tudo mais inesquecível, e tivemos muitas interações com os guardiões da organização para realmente entender sobre o que é o projeto em sua essência e para mim isso foi muito bonito e importante. Com certeza a melhor experiência de voluntariado que tive no sentido de acordos com o anfitrião e o sentido real de troca! Acredito que vários outros lugares poderiam se inspirar na forma como a organização olha aos voluntários e voluntárias, realmente ensinando, mostrando, acolhendo e trazendo dinâmicas interativas com o dia a dia da organização. A equipe te leva a refletir e te inclui nesse novo mundo sendo construído pela organização, uma experiência única, marcante e impressionante, super ficaria mais, só não fico por que a organização vai entrar de férias kkk
