The Experience

You are welcome to join us in our daily life that includes to look after our animals with us and have meels together. We are having many different ideas in mind and there are a lot of things that can be done that we will easy find something that will fit for you. We work a lot in nature and therefore every time of the year has there things that needs to be done.

What a great and enriching experience! Thank you so much to Dana and Oliver for sharing their home and being so kind and patient with us for the month we were there. As this was our first worldpackers experience we were not 100% sure what to expect, but we really felt comfortable with Oliver and his family. We had our own cozy room and shared bathroom along with access to clothes washer/dryer whenever we needed it (which was very often as we were regularly covered in animal poop hahah).

This was the a great experience and well suited to Elizabeth and I. Oliver and Dana were very accommodating and appreciate hard work. The food is lovely and I would happily extend my stay or return someday. 10/10 do recommend.

I had an amazing time here and couldn't recommend it more. Oliver, Dana and their children are a lovely family and so welcoming. They live in a lovely rural home with beautiful surroundings, so peaceful. The work was enjoyable and they worked with our skills while also helping us to develope new ones. I learnt many new things during our stay, both knowledge and how to physically do things around the farm. I felt so welcome into their home and amongst their friends and family and I couldn't appreciate that more. They also have many animals including two cute cats and a lovely dog.

I had such a great experience with Olli and his family! They were kind, welcoming, and made me feel like part of the family. The farm is beautiful, the animals are very gentle, and their kids are adorable. It might be most enjoyed by someone who speaks at least a bit of German, however it is also a great opportunity to learn & practice!

Oliver and Dana are great hosts and very welcoming. I was included in different little jobs on the farm and in the fields but there was also a lot of free time to do your own thing. Their animals are very gentle, so as someone who's not used to being around animals this was a good place to start. Their kids are lovely and amazing at helping you with your German if you're wanting to practise. A bit of a challenge if you're not familiar with farming vocab in German. Always other people dropping by and helping out so there's a strong feeling of community :)
