It wasn't the right place for me to stay for an entire month at that moment but I could talk to the guest house about it and she was nice understanding it and it was not a problem leaving earlier (after nearly 3weeks) than first agreed. There were not a lot of guests at that moment and the really nice girl working there unfortunately only spoke arabic so it felt a little bit too isolated for me and I wasn't in the right state of mind/ mood at that moment for spending most of the time alone. Of course I met some guests and also people when I did activities in and around Fes and the city is interesting.

The guest house treated me like part of the family, the work is very easy and it was always explained with all the patience and kindness possible, I am grateful that this has been my first experience in Morocco because despite the loneliness and doubts of traveling to a country culturally so different, especially being a woman, everyone in the Riad treated me with respect, kindness and cared about my well-being, guests included. Mercy beaucoup!

Absolutely amazing the guest house is amazing! The whole experience was great! She's so funny and really amazing with her clients! I would 100% recommend anyone to volunteer here or stay here as a guest! The food is amazing she's a great cook! And Fatima is also so nice and helpful! This was my favorite experience so far on Worldpackers!!

Chokran :D
