The experience

The orphanage comprises kids from different backgrounds and also we are trying to make sure that all of our kids achieves their carriers goals but also growing with more languages experience to make them communicate easier on their future life


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 15 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner French

Between 18 and 80 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

You will get chance to learn our Swahili language and cultures while gaining expetas well as increasing your teaching experience


Activities & Shift

Our daily activities will be teaching kids, cooking, washing clothes, showering our kids as well as counseling and home visitation to kids who are living with their siblings
