Buscamos viajeros que nos ayuden en la limpieza y en la recepción de nuestro hostal en Barcelona! Aprender como funcionan las cosas aqui, cada lugar tiene su alma =) Manejo basico de nuestro PMS, check in - out, ayudar a mantener un orden, ayudar a los huespedes, aprender a resolver y gestionar situaciones diarias del puesto de recepcion. son algunas de las cosas para hacer en el puesto.

Linda experiencia. Me sentí cómoda desde el primer momento. Luis es muy simpático y amable. Me ha explicado todas las tareas y ha respetado lo acordado. Fue divertido trabajar con él y los demás voluntarios. El hostel está muy bien ubicado, incluye los gastos de comida y lavandería (es gran plus!). Única cuestión a tener en cuenta: la habitación se comparte con los huéspedes y los demás voluntarios. Puede ser que alguna noche estén todas las camas reservadas y toque dormir en el sofá. Igual en mi caso todo 100% ok. Recomiendo!

Ser voluntario en Hostel Barcelona and You fue una gran experiencia. El hostel es muy acogedor y su ubicación es perfecta para caminar por los principales tours. Luis y Nico son unos anfitriones muy pacientes y maravillosos y me hicieron sentir como parte de su familia. Recomiendo este voluntariado a todo aquel que esté abierto a aprender cómo funciona un hostel, así como sus herramientas de gestión y atención al huésped, y a todo aquel que quiera intercambiar muchas experiencias culturales y practicar idiomas como el inglés y el español. Gracias Luis, Nico y Nery por estos días especiales.
