The experience

Help children to develop their love and skills on music!

Kids will love to learn playing an instrument! We have guitars, flutes, violins, drums and cymbals for all of you to have fun learning.

Music workshops schedule: Monday to Thursday, starting at 4 pm, 90 minutes. No grading required.

No matter if you have theorical, experimental, or if you play by ear, your experience is valuable for us.

What you offer

6 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 10 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English

Between 20 and 60 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

- We expect the volunteer to organize music lessons for children from 8 to 11 years old. Most of them have not played an instrument in their life.
- No grading is required.
- Full flexibility on course structure.
- We provide musical instruments and a classroom.
- The volunteer has a private room in the school.

Activities & Shift

- Volunteering schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
