The Experience

Somos un albergue-restaurante municipal gestionado por una cooperativa. Situadas en el Camino de Santiago Francés por Aragón, somos punto de paso y parada de peregrinos y turistas. Gestionamos también un pequeño y tranquilo camping con parcelas y dos bungalows; especialmente dirigido a campistas, furgos y autocaravanas. En nuestra huerta ecológica producimos parte de los vegetales que usamos en nuestra cocina y también es un espacio didáctico.

This experience was well needed at the time in my life! I had contracted covid 1 day before I left and they helped me with the postponement process. Due to the quarantine conditions, I came to them with several problems in my life... I would love to come back and volunteer or even rent an apartment here because the local life is so fulfilling to have from here. From the views, the safety and respect, the locals, the food, and everything in between! If you are willing to work in multiple fields of work, than this is the job for you!

Natalia and Isidre are the most generous people I met. they are very open minded, happy to teach from all the amazing knowledge they have and they make you always feel like at home. I enjoyed a lot! Artieda is a magical place and I am very thankful for my time there! hope to see you again in summer guys! miss you already ❤

Fue una muy buena experiencia, el lugar donde se encuentra el albergue que es Artieda es un pueblo pequeño pero muy acogedor y tranquilo. Los anfitriones ( Isidre y Natalia) son personas muy tranquilas, sociables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a escuchar. Explican muy bien las labores a realizar y tienen un muy buen orden en el plan de trabajo. Las instalaciones en el albergue son cómodas y sus zonas comunes son limpias. Tiene uno la oportunidad de sumergirse en la cultura local y conocer a los residentes del pueblo, todos son muy amigables. También hay libros para leer. Recomiendo el lugar.

Mi estancia en el hostel fue muy buena, el equipo de trabajo muy unido, siempre dispuestos a enseñar con respeto y amabilidad, las rutas que se encuentran alrededor son muy interesantes por sus vistas, recomiendo este voluntariado 100%.

Artieda es un pueblo con magia, tienes los pirineos, el embalse de Yesa, la sierra de Leyre y el monte Orba para deleitar tu vista y si quieres puedes hacer senderismo en tu tiempo libre, te lo juro que no te vas a aburrir. En cuanto al voluntariado las tareas son diversas, nada de que preocuparte tareas súper sencillas y fáciles de desarrollar (limpieza el hostel, limpieza zona de camping y bungalow y apoyo en actividades en la huerta). Isidre y Natalia siempre estarán allí para escucharte y guiarte son personas muy amables y colaboradoras, agradezco la oportunidad, todo fue EXCELENTE.
